Description Lecture 3 hours; 3 credits. Prerequisites or corequisites: ECE 202, 241, and 284. Corequisite: ECE 382. Design concepts for analog and digital-logic circuits utilizing junction diodes, bipolar junction transistors, and field-effect transistors. Integrated circuits are introduced in the form of operational amplifiers (analog) and TTL and CMOS (digital) gates.
